First impressions of the above photo would lead one to believe that the pictured device is an Apple iPhone Nano. This alleged spyshot does not seem to be a fraud, but why would Apple scale down the iPhone to a third of it’s original size for an iPhone Nano. A few sites had first reported that this photo was in fact a spyshot taken from inside Apple. Updates
