What a day it was today for HTC! We’ve seen the HTC Touch Diamond get a lighter color, we’ve seen the HTC Touch HD and HTC Touch Viva/Opal get released and now we’re going to take a look at the HTC Touch

3G. The handset is quite promising although the Touch HD would by my choice of the day.

Phillips X800 Is Official

Phillips has finally announced the X800, this new edge to edge touchscreen phone. The timing couldn’t be better to do it with the regular iPhone shortage around the world, the new BlackBerry Bold release, the HTC Touch Diamond coming out and the new iPhone rumors spreading more and more. And all these things are happening as we speak so let’s welcome the X800 to the ballgame.

Let’s look at some numbers here:

A few days ago, we brought you a couple of pictures of the upcoming Sony Ericsson Paris. Now, we have some more, well actually a lot more, courtesy of mobile-review.com. A guy over at their forums got some hands-on time with the new device and posted his views on it.

According to him, there aren’t too many discernible differences

in the new UIQ 3.3 interface and the same goes for the hardware putting it next SE’s G700 and G900. He goes on to give a better opinion about its applications and the aGPS with the 5-megapixel camera being a bit better than the one on G900. Here are some confirmed specs of the Paris so far:

Murcielargo LP640 Super Car By Lamborghini

What is it with boys and cars? The first time I read about this news, excitement instantly kicked in. Lamborghini, an Italian manufacturer of sports cars, has just revealed another member of its sports car family, the Lamborghini Murcielargo LP640 Super Car. This was done during the 2008 F1 & Super Car Show.

The Murcielargo LP640 is powered by a 6496cc 12-cylinder engine with 640 horsepower,

it can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 340km/h. Now that’s what we call speed!

The 2008 F1 & Super Car Show is held at Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju, Korea from May 9 to May 18 2008.

LG L852i PRADA Phone

LG has unveiled 3G version L852i of their PRADA cell phone in Japan. It seems like LG is trying to compete with Apple. The latest L852i PRADA phone will appear for sale from June 2008 at NTT DoCoMo.

The L852i PRADA Phone

is provided with a 3G radio. It comes in shiny black exterior like its predecessor. Its high resolution 3.0 touch interface lets the users enjoy viewing videos and pictures shot by 2.0 MP Schneider-Kreuznach lens Camera. There is an external memory slot. Well, you can save some of your data.

It will operate via WCDMA and HSDPA. Sorry!! No GSM. No roaming! Moreover, we all know that LG Prada has been offering low speed connection; will this 12.7 mm sleek 3G phone be offered in the usa soon? only time will tell.

Laugh of the Day with AT&T

After accidentally revealing to the public their new menu options regarding the future commercialization of the new 3G iPhone and I will remind you yesterday’s post, AT&T came up with a ~~great, awkward, ingenious, simple, fast~~ funny response. As they say, this was yet another human error. The menu is supposedly just

a trial test for the next iPhone versions, the 4GB, 8GB and 16GB. Apparently not only was it faster to write “iPhone Black” instead of any of the “4GB”, “8GB” or “16GB” options, but it was waaaaay easier to add just two items in that drop down instead of three. I always wanted an iPhone Black. I hope that’s the 16GB version, because that’s what I mean of course!

First comes denial! AT&T just did that! Does this mean the iPhone is coming in black just as it was rumored? What do you think?

AT&T Sells Black iPhone

Is this another human error like the WiFi teaser from AT&T? We showed you last week an official page screenshot addressing the Starbucks free WiFi thing. That was apparently a mistake from their part although they have reassured us the service is coming sometime soon.

So with all this commotion about the new 3G iPhone. It’s

here and there, it’s going to be released in June or sooner. It’s going to replace the depleted stocks of the first generation iPhone. Will it be in black after all? Does AT&T know something we don’t? Is that page a beta page? Shouldn’t we, as future consumers have seen that yet? Is it just a joke or a rumor?

New Dell Inspirons to Challange Apple’s MacBook Pro

Dell is one of the largest mid-range laptop sellers. They offer cheap, affordable solutions to everyone looking for a laptop. Their systems are competitive and dependable but if you want more out of your notebook then I am sure you have already thought about buying an Apple right?

But Dell is on the lookout and they must know what people are waiting for. So looking at the leaked picture

above I can’t help but thinking, are they just trying to impress or is this real? The new Dell Inspirons called 1435,1535 and 1735 are going to hit the stores May 26 (1535 ) and June 9th (1735) and October (1435). They are supposed to be thinner then usual Inspirons and therefore not so heavy. And thrust me, they were heavy! Are they going for the slick Macbook Pro look? Are they going to bring up performance as well?

Besides the 1-1.5 inch “upgrade”, Dell is going to throw in slot-loading (Blu-ray) drives, 3G options and processors running up to Core 2 Duo T5850 2.16GHz. Dell suddenly appears more attractive to me. Unfortunatelly they still run Windows Vista XP.
