A few days ago, we brought you a couple of pictures of the upcoming Sony Ericsson Paris. Now, we have some more, well actually a lot more, courtesy of mobile-review.com. A guy over at their forums got some hands-on time with the new device and posted his views on it.

Bold Release, the BlackBerry 9000

BlackBerry 9000 has been officially released today. What’s Bold about that? Well Bold is what RIM called their new toy. From now we will refer to it as the new BlackBerry Bold.
It’s another remarkable creation and it’s the first BlackBerry with full tri-band HSDPA support and I’m sure more will follow. It comes with GPS and WiFI support where available, and it has of course the full QWERTY keyoard (customizable to AZERTY or QWERTZ for some languages).

Philadelphia, to WiFi or Not to WiFi?

The City was supposed to offer everyone WiFi access through all Philadelphia. EarthLink won the contract back in 2006 and since then has completed 80% of the network development. However since 2007, when former CEO Garry Betty passed away, the company has been rethinking their WiFi expansion strategy. Read cancel their expansion strategy.

EarthLink got out of similar deals with San Francisco
