FCC Approves Toshiba Satellite RG4-E02 Pocket PC
The folks over at the FCC have a new Toshiba toy that they seem pleased with: the Satellite RG4-E02 Pocket PC. Featuring a slide-out QWERTY keypad, the RG4-E02 boasts WLAN, miniSD slot for expanding memory and a camera. The phone is compatible with 3G network services where available, as well as EDGE and GPRS. Being a Pocket PC There’s also an IM client in the form of Windows Live Messenger. Thanks to Transcriber, your handwritten input gets converted into text - making it easier to send messages. For security, there’s even fingerprint recognition onboard. No word on the pricing yet, but thanks to the FCC clearance, we should see it on the market soon. Source: FCC
