The service, named PassON, is linked to the “high pass†service of the Korea Expressway Corporation. When LGT’s PassOn service made the service possible on the mobile phone supporting Bluetooth to help drivers pay tolls with mobile phones. 
Telecoms Korea reports that LG Telecom has launched a service that allows drivers to pay highway tolls with their cell phones, reducing the time spent at toll gates up to a seventh as well as saving toll both running costs by 23 percent.
a car with OnBoard Unit passes toll gates, the toll is automatically subtracted from “high plus cardâ€.
