NEW: Truphone 3.3 – recommended upgrade for all users

We’re pleased to announce an upgrade of the Truphone service recommended for all our customers.

Truphone 3.3 has all the same great features, including Truphone over 3G, free SMS to other online Truphone users and multi-SIM for Travellers, this new version fixes a few pesky bugs as well as improving Wi-Fi access point management and reliability.

We’ve now made it easier for you to create a priority list of your preferred access points (like your home or office) and Truphone will automatically connect to them, as soon as you’re in range.

You can still set up as many access points as you like, it just means that Truphone will manage them so you don’t have to.

Setting up your access point priority list is easy. Simply run Truphone on your handset as normal, scroll to the right and move your preferred access points above the auto-connect line.
