The European cellphone provider 3 offers a user submitted video service known as See Me TV. Users can shoot video on their cellphones and post it to be watched by others. As an incentive for sharing your videos, 10% o the profit from the clip will be paid out the owner of the submitted clip. But don’t get too excited, roughly 80% of videos do not make it to the See Me TV service. All videos are pre-screened

for content and copyright violations. Since the service is user submitted, a great deal of adult supervision may be necessary to make sure they are not viewing content you feel is not in good taste. It is pretty similar to YouTube offering a variety of content shared by its users, except it is available on your mobile phone.
